Reports are generated and delivered electronically after a Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) is submitted. Due to the instant and non-reversible nature of digital delivery, products cannot be physically returned. Accordingly, all sales are considered final once a report has been successfully generated and delivered.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are only considered under limited circumstances, including:

A report could not be generated due to a verified technical error
A duplicate payment was processed for the same order
The VIN report failed to generate and no data was delivered
A billing error occurred and is confirmed by our payment provider

To be eligible, you must contact us within 48 hours of purchase.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

Incorrect VIN entered by the customer
Change of mind after purchase
Expectations of information not included in the report
A report has already been successfully generated and delivered
Dissatisfaction with data obtained from third-party sources

Vehicle history reports are compiled from multiple public and private data sources. VIN Auto Experts LLC does not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or availability of all records. All reports are provided for informational purposes only.

4. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated after a report has been delivered, we reserve the right to provide order confirmation records, delivery logs, and transaction verification to the payment processor or financial institution. Fraudulent or abusive disputes may result in restricted access to our services.
